DID YOU KNOW?
A THOROUG DAILY CLEANING AND A GOOD MOISTURIZER, IS THE KEY TO MAINTAINING HEALTHY SKIN
It's advisable to perform this routine morning and night 4 steps:
Step 1/ Clear
It is the first step for effective skincare because it removes dirt, sweat, fat, makeup, and prepares skincare, better absorbing products.
Step 2/ Tone
Removes traces of cleanser and refreshes the skin, restoring the natural Ph. tonics alcohol is recommended for most skin types. Although toners with alcohol have a cooling effect, they can alter the natural skin lipids. Then, the skin may cause excess lipids in an attempt to replace those that have been deleted.
Alcohol may enhance dry skin dry.
Tips: We choose a cleaner and suitable tonic, thus avoiding the use of ordinary soaps or aggressive surfactants which weaken the function of the natural skin barrier by changing the pH, which would then reduce its ability to fight bacteria, disrupting the proteins in the stratum corneum (the outermost layer of skin).
Step 3/ Moisturizer
In this step, we can focus on a specific treatment to help skin problems (serums and concentrates).
Step 4/ Protect (sunscreen)
Important step because our skin is exposed daily to harmful ultraviolet rays, the main cause of aging.
This routine should be twice a day, morning and night performed, this varies according to the particular needs and condition of your skin.
When we routine night, add a specific eye makeup remover and also include eye contour (step 3).
Some moisturizers contain a sun protection factor (SPF). Consequently, they are suitable for use during the day but not at night.
Other care products containing pigments (for example, some of the products that treat erythema or acne) also should be used only during the day.
The skin regenerates overnight. In addition to moisturizing the skin, night creams contain components that stimulate cell regeneration. They are exempt from FPS and pigments.
The products must be selected according to your skin type and the specific skin problem, helping to soothe irritated skin, restoring a healthy condition and prevent the development of skin diseases.

THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS WHEN SUN PROTECTION IS CONCERNED BUT,
¿WHICH ONE IS THE BEST FOR YOU?
What is a sunscreen?
Varies according to each person's skin, meaning that if you have dark skin, you have to use a sunscreen 30fps and if the skin is lighter, the fps increase. We explain how this works:
This factor acts by multiplying the time at which the skin can be exposed to the sun. But of course, this time also depends on the skin type of each person. According to the classification devised in 1975 by Thomas B. Fitzpatrick dermatologist at Harvard University, there are 6 different classes based on their hue, easy to burn and ability to tan. It is what is known as the photoaging.
For example, a lighter skin type can resist the sun without getting sunburned for about 10 minutes. Thus a cream with a sun protection factor 30 multiplied by 30 equals to the time a person with this type of skin can be exposed to the sun. That is, if a person with this type of skin, after applying the cream could be in the sun for about 300 minutes without getting sunburned. A skin type 2 can resist 20 minutes in the sun without getting sunburned so that by applying cream of 50 FPS can be exposed to sunlight for 1000 minutes without burning.
"Dermatologists recommend applying about 2 milliliters of sunscreen per 2 square centimeters of skin"
Pieles oscuras: Mediterranéa, indoamericana y negra / Sin protector 20 Min / Con protector 600 Min
PROTECTOR SOLAR RECOMENDADO DE ACUERDO AL TIPO DE PIEL
The FPS varies according to the skin of each person, that is, if it is a black skin, you have to use a 30 FPS+ sunscreen, and if the skin is lighter, it increases.
